Day Two

So today is the second day of my new system and I have to say it is great being accountable.  I spent 25 minutes on the bike this morning and haven't gotten to the shred yet today but I know I will do it later.  I am finding it difficult to build back up the cardiovascular endurance that I was enjoying before getting sick.
After doing the shred for three weeks Level Two wasn't seeming too bad and I was looking forward to moving up to Level Three.
Now I am doing Level Two just because I can't stand Level One, and am finding it really hard to keep it up all the way through.  I'm hoping that by the end of this week I won't be having such a hard time with it and maybe can start to think about moving it to Level Three.
